We have 4 kids.2 hers and 2 mine.2-21 year old girls,1-17 girl and a 14 son.
We alsohave a grandson.(a 3 year old busybody)
Bowhunting consumes me and has spread through our family.
I've hunted,trapped and fished all my life.
I still hunt with my recurve,the way I started.If it ain't broke you can't fix it.I enjoy spending time with the family, hunting and scouting together.

I'm Matt, and I'm 27 years old now, will be 28 in August. I've been a member on HNI for several years now, and was a lurker for many years before that. I just bought my first house near Albany, NY and have lived all over the northeast part of the country including New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, PA, and NY. I'm engaged to be married on June 18th of 09' to my wonderful fiance Lisa, she is unbelievably tolerant of my bowhuntingaddiction. I'm pretty lucky to have her. We have 3 cats, and a new Boston Terrior puppy named June Bug and I'm sure the next 5 years will probably bring kids into the picture for us if we are lucky.

I primarily hunt atmy camp and family property in Bradford County, NY and my best buddy's property in Otsego County, NY, and 90% of my time in the woods is spent bowhunting. It's my real passion when it comes to the outdoors but I still carry a rifle occasionally during firearms season for deer, and during turkey season as well. When I'm not hunting deer or turkeys I enjoy fishing, all venues of competitive archery, wildlife habitat improvement projects at my place and my best bud Dan's, and working on my house. I love power tools. [8D]

I work for a software company as a Regional Sales Manager selling business management software that is specific for the IT Services industry. I like the company and have been there for quite a while now, but I really have the desire to start my own business eventually. I have put in 8 years now doing sales in the IT industry and while I have done pretty well there, I don't find it fulfilling and really have a desire to start my own gig. I haven't quite figured out what I want to do quite yet, but when the right opportunity presents itself I hope to take advantage of it hopefully in the next 2-3 years.
