thanks pabowhunter....it was a tough decision between the guardian and katera. i'm happy with my decision, not that i wouldn't have been with the katera. i wanted to try something.....different. everything on the bow is new to me.

Both great bows no doubt, but I think you made the right decision because I believe the Guardian is the quietest bow I have ever shot and it is plenty fast to boot.

I believe the Guardians only come with one mod option (I think a speed mod). They don't come with the option of both smooth or speed.
