Default Your Other Life-

I was just curious what some of you guys do in your other life. What do you do for a living. Myself I am a Locomotive Engineer for CSX. Like many of you hunting and fishing is my life, working for the railroad just provides the means for me to play.

I am a security engineer for the Department of Defense. The job sucks, but pays well, which allows me to buy toys and that makes me happy!

Retired high school teacher, semi retired geologist. I just take on the odd project, like logging drill core as in the following picture.

lnen#1, what do the initials CSX stand for? My Mom's side of the family were all railroaders in western Canada - engineers, conductors, section hands.

C is for the old Conrail we obtained in a merger, the S is Seaboard, not exactly sure what the X represents I think it stands for X-Convicts, the managers and upper level guys I have to work for.
