Default Just finished shooting...

Man it feels good to shoot good on a regular basis. Ever since the switch to the Bowtech Ally it's been fun again. Im not exactly putting groups in 50 cent peice at 40 yds, but Im hitting vitals out to 26 yds on the block and then hitting the black dots as well, so i feel great about shooting now. I would have never done it with the X Force. It was a really nice bow, but it wasn't for me. My cousin who bought the bow sent me pics today of his groups at 25 yds with the X Force and they were sweet, he loves the bow!! Win-win situation for us!! Only thing, I do have a small D loop issue. It doesn't slide up or down, but it does rotate and after a few shots it turns my peep. Can I just tighten it down with pliar tool they use for d loops or what else??

Put you a string loop on. I tried the D loop wasn't for me.

I am getting great groups out to 33 yards now. Tomorrow is my first 3-D, wish me luck! [&:]

I was thinking you were talking about the metal D-loop.

It's amazing how certain bows really come alive in the hands of certain shooters. I just got back from the range as well. My new Vectrix XL has taken my shooting to a level that I didn't think was previously possible. Not that it was bad before . . . . plenty good enough to kill big game any reasonable distance. But I'm consistently shooting as well at 40 yards as I used to at 20 yards. Confidence is one of things you just can't buy . . . . .

Good luck on your 3-D shoot.
