your first bow

1984 Bear Whitetail Hunter......some generic aluminum arrows, BEar razorheads and good ol fingers. I didn't even use sights for the first 3 or 4 years I shot that bow.
And man did I ever shoot it! Day and night, and thank you Mom for going over Dad's head and just buying it for me.

My first bow was a PSE Mach 7. It still amazes me that in just a short time, the advancements that have been made with today's bows. My old Mach 7 put the "arch" into archery! Now, I shoot a Hoyt Vulcan and sometimes, I still can't believe the difference. I know a lot of you guys have been in the game a lot longer than I have but in my time of bowhunting, I have experienced a significant difference. I hope all bow manufacturers continue to strive for perfection and improve the way we hunt.

Next however in 1988, I got a fine browning excellerator Plus. I loved that bow.
