NY mosquitoes are basically an annoyance. South Eastern Mosquitoes and another thing. [:@]That said, I just bought a thermo cell to use in NY mainly for my son who still freaks out a bit from them.

While I will agree down south they got hella mosquitos.. but they are kinda smaller in stature compared with there northern cousin.. who is sometimes mistaken for a small crow.
