I stood in line for 2 hr & 8 min. this morn to get a tag. The DNR said that the comp. system will be able to handle the flood of tag applications. I was 5th in line! What a joke! At least MY tag printed out, unlike the guy ahead of me. I will start off with the bow and try to get one that way. Wish me luck.

You lucky dog! I didn't get a tag this year. Heck I've never gotten one but from all the talk on here I'll be doing this next year. I hate watching it on TV but from everyone else says its a blast so I'm going to give it a whirl next year. Good luck Magic.

Yeah Schultzy I also hate watching turkey hunting as well(always have), but last year I started turkey hunting and found myself watching more and more turkey shows around the time of season! I am kinda starting to get back at watching the shows again this year......! You tend to grow fond of them!

I hunted them for 2 years didn't get one. I have been working north of here for 4 years so I didn't apply. Now I will try again. My friend takes me to some private property that he can hunt. we always saw birds but not close enough.
