At 43 I'm just trying to keep what I got! All these pics were taken in the last 6 months or so though. I still hit the weights but no where near as heavy as I used to do. I have found that I don't recoup from injuries as fast as I used to.[&:]

For bench presses Iused do the "1,2,3,4 plate warm up" With Olympic weight sets that translates to: (lbs)135, 225, 315, 405. All 10 reps each, then I can start my work out.
