And my dad killed bigger deer than your dad so there!

I look at it like any complete stranger that would approach "me" in the woods is not wrapped all that tight and not the sort of guy that I would trust with any valuable info.
Probably just somebody out on a weekend pass any way.[

Would, and have. Only, you woudn't know it to talk to me. I lay it on pretty thick, to throw them off the trail. Sometimes I haven't seen a darn thing, other times I've been seeing all kinds of deer way over here in this area way away from where I'm hunting. You know, in an area I've never set foot on...

Mobow,... maybe that's where all the bucks actually were all those years leading up to last year.

I am lucky enough to have a good chunk of private land to hunt on. So there really is no 'bean spilling' involved inasmuch as someone else setting up on where I have been seeing the deer.
But I also have no problems talking to the neighbors and telling them (and showing in form or video or sheds) what is in the area. I hope the honesty is returned but I am pretty sure most of the time it is not. But that is their choice. If they 'know' something big is running around out there, maybe they will hold off on that nice 2 1/2 year old and let him walk, if not, well they pay taxes, shoot what makes you feel good.
