Not yet blood, and at first it pissed me off as they are not putting out a new Vol IV DVD but when I learned the route they are taking I'm fine with it.

They are going to introduce an interactive TV show on the website and eventually that'll prelude into a TV show. MY hunt should be featured there and I'll let you know if it appears. Otherwise I have it on vhs and I could send it to you.

RE: Diaphragm FYI

I know a fair number of comp callers who cannot purr with a diaphram call by vibrating the vocal cords. I've been using a diaphram call my whole life, and I still just purr by rolling my tounge, sans call... tuck it in the cheek. Sounds better that way anyhow... if he is close enough to hear it with a call... he's close enough to hear it without. Best way to make a fighting purr is the motorboat... its a more agressive call anyway.

i don't have tons of birds under my belt, but i will say that the birds i have gotten i have NEVER had to purr with my diaphram call......just thought i would throw that out there for the guys who are newer to the sport...it is not something i personally feel will make or break a bird...

Wow, the purr is probably the call that I used the most (or very close to it). Every turkey hunter in the woods knows how to yelp and cluck and on some public land, that sound alone can alert birds. I cluck (putt) and purr waaaaaaaay more than I do anything else. In my mind the purr is a comforting call to the birds.
