al right GR you kno what i mean to call his customer service....[smart_allic]......and hey miller..unless you are ordering your bow you should be able to just look at the bottom cam to check if that part is flush or not.....this is a great bow and it fits me well its just this lil problem that is bringin my confidence down..

If you purchased it from Bass Pro good luck getting them to do anything about it other than send it to Escalade sports. They discontinued the instinct and every other bow made prior to 2008.
You may as well contact Escalade sports yourself and ship it back to them.Shipping willprobably be cheaper to do it yourself.

I'm sure that your bow should be covered by warranty. Talk to them about it and see if they will perform a repair job on the one you have. That would save you the time and bother you're worried about. It should be a simple repair and most of the manufacturers have approve repair shops in the major cities.
