Get your mind out of the gutter....I will attempt to fletch my own arrows. I took the old fletchings off last night, It seemed impossible to not scrape some carbon from the arrow. anyone else do this? How can you prevent it? I used a de-fletching tool, but i still shaved the carbon on a few arrows, I didn't gash them, just shaeved em.

I just use a knife and some sand paper. Yet another reason why I like aluminums. By the way, I read your other post, don't start shooting aluminums, I don't want them to quit making them
