Standing or sitting .... it doesn't matter , if I'm in my treestand I'll take whatever shot present it's self.

Hunting is all about being in the right pace at the right time, those who place themselves in the right place are simply waiting for the right time to execute their shot, the setting is far less important than the timing.

I've shot both standing up and sitting in a treestand.

I prefer sitting on the ground. I've also shot sitting, kneeling, andstanding on the ground but I like the limited movement of being able to shoot sitting. And I like the up close and personal of being on the ground.

My first buck with a bowwas shot on the ground from 20 feet with me standing. What an awesome hunt.

My firstdeer (doe) was with a bow from a treestand. If I remember right I was standing.

I've since shot enough to like the ground better and to hunt the ground movement, or lack of movement is key.
