Not sure when the Striker Magnums will be available. Spring 08 is all I heard. Here's a pic of the Magnum next to the original Striker...

Those are awesome! 1.5 inch cutting diameter, fixed blade
They should do the trick for ya Kyle!!

Let me know how the bloodtrail is. Bear sometimes don't leave good blood trails because they plug up the hole with fat so bad so don't be too upset if you don't get much of a blood trail.

Blood trail, I hope I don't have one[8D]

My striker (non-magnum?? standard maybe?? IDK, lol) left a helluva good one last year, 60 yard track or so.

Holy smackerals, those are some big blades. I am gonna shoot them this year, best broadhead i have ever owned. THe small one broke three ribs and the lower shoulder. It never slowed down[8D]. I can only imagine what this will do.

Cool, thats pretty good only going 60 yards! On 5 of my bear I used the 3 blade snuffer and they went 15 yards, 25 yards, 25 yards, 40 yards and 50 yards. They were all double lung heart shots which helps too I guess.

I'm more concerned about shot placement than curring diameter. If you use a broadhead less prone to wind planing and hit them in the right spot with a 7/8 cut you are better off than a gut shot with an oversized poorly flying head.

Then again I never used a .458 winchester rifle hunting for whitetails either.
