Actually man we said that too. We've killed 5 bucks over the last few years all within probably 200 yards of the same area, and they ALL have the same shape/genetics. It's pretty neat. You can line them up from little to big and see how they all match up. I let another one of them walk this year even...he needs one more year.

I first went at it with a knife. When I got it mostly taken off I tied mine to a tree in the woods behind my house. Within an hour it was covered with ants. I let them do their job for about a week then boiled off the rest.
