I have seen my dog do that....twice. Once when we had the barbed wire up, but not the electric yet. I was chasing a squirrel and tried to go around the shed. Went right through the fence (which wasn't there two days before) and never had a scratch on him. Then we put the strand of electric up and he did the same thing, but this time SNAPPED the electic strand clean off in the process. (This fence was for our goats, btw, not the dogs.)
