More than likely the urine has evaporated by the time the deer gets to it.
Can't remember the show or video but several years ago a wildlife biologist and the host had small jars of human urine and poured the urine out to see how the deer would react. The bucks all seemed to be interested and curious. All of the does shown became very nervous, irritable, and spooky. The does wouldn't come one inch closer.
