I'm a little late in this discussion, but will add my input. I'm 6'6" and 225ish. I shoot a Bowtech Commander that fits me perfectly.
When I first called the pro shop the guy said my draw length would probably be 32 or maybe a little more. Went to the shop, got measured and ended up at a comfortable 31" and probably could have gone with 30 if need be.
My point is...bigger guys do not always have massive draw lengths. He needs to get to a pro shop and have it done right. BPS and others are good for some things...not a perfect fit on a bow.
