I was looking at both the diamond marquis and the bowtech general.. wanted to know which one ou prefer and why.

I am in the middle of putting something together on a few models and these two are in the group. There are alot of good things to be said about both. There are certain aspects of each model that are going to appeal to the individual consumer. However, if pressed I would say it breaks down into what you find the most appealing. The short of it, in my opinion, is.....

General: Low noise, no recoil, no vibration, smooth draw, very compact

Marquis: Low noise, low recoil, little vibration, stiffer draw, excellent speed

the marquis better price!!
