grunt

Leave all those tools behind and get in a tree. Your hunting the rut, hunt hard, hunt long, and hunt with your brain. Those tools, like a grunt, will come in handy on occasion but don't depend on them or you'll loose sight of the 'whole picture'. To kill a good deer you have to use more than any of those other tools can produce.. your skills as a hunter.

My one Item is having duke with me.

I take my bow.... Its the only tool I truly rely on...
I often told myself "Steve, your a pretty bad sumbich, but if you were to use your buck knife, you'd probably get your ass beat by an animal..."
and I just can't post pics of myself with a deer hoof in my forhead and a stabbed 43 times button buck on here and feel good about myself.

The Can.

The River Valley Game Calls Deer Flute....I can imitate the Can and have a grunt tube all in one....the Can is easily imitated with the Deer Flute but you cannot GRUNT WITH THE CAN!
