I have one and have had many other grunt calls. You cannot grunt "as loud as you can" with another call and not call in a duck.

I disagree. You used it to grunt, not roar, any grunt with quality sound would have done the exact same thing. IMO, right buck mood, right time. Calls are not magic but when they work, it seems that way.

I'm working on a "Come Here Baby" deer call that Bucks make. I can't reveal the secrets yet until the patent comes through, but it will bring in big bucks from miles away. Taking orders now! 21.99 plus I'll throw in shipping. It even has a piece of string to tie around your neck.

Rybohunter's story of his buck kill last year is real life affirmative proof that not only is the sound real but it doesn't scare small bucks away either.
My Buck Growl (Drury boys) was as responisble for the last 3 bucks I killed as any other piece of equipment I had with me..........would another grunt tube have done the same??? I have had plenty of them and not a single one has produced similar results.

LMAO I think its a great call as well.Has worked very well.I use it more to grunt then roar. It sounds the best to me then any other for a deep grunt. But I also like the True Talker.

i dont understand why people are bashing this call so much.. why buy just a regular grunt tube for around $12 when you can buy the buck roar--which is a grunt tube as well as a snort wheeze built into the call.. and the buck roar is a loud grunter as well... take away the stupid ROAR sound, the call is still one of the best grunts out there... Seems alot like you guys are just hating on primos and not giving it a true chance...
