I was just wondering what names you guys come up with for some of your stands and why. I know where I hunt we have the shaky stand, the magic tree, and the batman stand.

We have a tower stand sitting right in the middle of a huge field, out in the open....we call it "High Plains Drifter".
My brother calls his Ol'Man..."The Man".
I call my Bear River - Outfitter's Edge lock-on...."The Bitch". It's a great stand once it's in place....but it really earns it's name when it has to be set-up, especially the darn screw-in-steps.

Nice topic. Its one of those things that adds to the character of the farm.
We have,
Tornado Alley - its like hunting in a wind tunnel
Squirrel City - you get it.
The Car wash - there is an old car in the wash down behind the stand
The Valley of Darkness - it gets dark 45 mins before it gets dark.
The Diving board - dont forget your safety belt
The Fortress - Old wooden stand built to last and big.
The Pole Stand - u get it.
The Windmill - next to an old windmill
The Fenceline - on the fence line
The Nexus - Where every deer trail in the world meets
The Tree of Woe - u get it
The Poarch stand - if its shotgun season and you have one in the bag already, you get to hunt from the poarch, and it is actually a good spot.

We try to name all of our trees so that my buddy and I know EXACTLY what tree we are talking about. Some are: Ladder Stand(obvious), The Meat Tree, Feeder Cedar, Big Buck, Barkin' Dog, The Dump, The Fat Cedar and The Denver Stand(it's a mile high!)
