ORIGINAL: Matt / PA
For me it will be the 2008 General.
29.5" mods, 70#
440gr GT 7595's with 3" feathers, Tracer nocks and Rage 2 blade heads.
Not a flamethrower but still a respectable 270fps at 440grs and quiet as a mouse peeing on a cottonball.
I hope we're hitting it just right, the weather last year was brutal. Warm, rainy south wind crap......I saw the extended forecast andit looks pretty good!
Just finished packing my rations for the trip: An 18" Monster roast beef sub cut 4 ways (Breakfast, Lunch, lunch again, and dinner!) some trail mix, venison jerkyand a bunch of Propel water.
Not sure how I'm going to see out the windows you couldn't squeeze a fart in that truck right now. (The 7 treestands and climbing gear in the back isn't helping)
But anyway, thanks for the wellwishes, and thank God for XM satellite radioso I can bypass all those midwest hillbilly bluegrass stations!
14hrs in a truck alone is fun for about the first 3hrs........
Good luck out there guys. So, which Bowtechs/Diamonds will be getting the bulk of the work?
