i'm thinking he might have to long a draw length or is over bowed in the poundage, that with a new rest and being nervious shooting in front of everyone he is torqueing the bow.

Did the "pro" and the customer shoot your bow too?
Thanks for all the replies, I will check into a few of the points we may have missed on and talk to the customer. He didn't have the prong rest with him yesterday and I saw him again today and he said he hadn't put it back on yet to try it. He said he probably won't until monday. I'll let you know what we find. could be the rest overdraw and the weight and the shooting infront of people let him shoot alone and see what happens might be the rest hitting the fleatch or his fletchs might be off for the broadhead
