My bow is fine! It shoots great I was just checking how his arrow flew out of a good bow.

Thanks for all the replies, I will check into a few of the points we may have missed on and talk to the customer. He didn't have the prong rest with him yesterday and I saw him again today and he said he hadn't put it back on yet to try it. He said he probably won't until monday. I'll let you know what we find.
