Recently, I was practicing with newly accuired Primos Hyper-Lip Elk call. While adjusting the rubber "O" ring, I adjusted it too close to the end of the call, and it flew off into the wild blue yonder!

I contacted Primos to see if I coud buy another "O" ring. They replied they were just sending me one!

Refreshing, this day when so many shops are trying to get every penny they can from us!

So, I wanted to say a good word about Primos!!

Primos is a great company!

Great story - I'll keep that in mind when shopping.

I have a buddy who recently became a Primos dealer. Knowing I am an avid Turkey hunter he asked me if I could place a rather large order for him. He needed to order a certain amount of merchandise to become a dealer. My buddy gave me all of the items I ordered at dealer cost so that he could become a dealer. When he became a dealer Will Primos called him personally to thank him for the order and becoming a dealer in our area. That says something itself. By the way Primos calls are about the only calls I use even prior to this experience.

primos has done me right every time. good folks.

I like them also, they seem humble. I also enjoy watching their video's I like Brad Farris heck of a hunter.

Primos is A O K in my book. Been using their calls for years. I've emailed them with questions and they have aways gotten back to me real quick with good answers.
