I'm starting to see some sign, but it's spotty. Last year I didn't find a whole lot of sign (really only one solid scrape line), so I'm just going to stick with the does. I know where they're bedding and I'm seeing them pretty regularly, now I just need to wait for the bucks to start cruising.

I am struggling BAD this season. Normal patterns are all thrown off. Next to no buck sign. It's like some one kidnapped all the deer from over the summer.

Started to see some Bucks chasing this weekend and some scrapes. The temo has the starting to get in the mood. I am trying to be a nanny whacker. I have BBD. so life is good this year.

Watch the weather guys...it's still iffy here toward the end of the week. Much can change, however.

Yep, I try to get out every evening if possible. I didn't tonight because the rain was on and off from heavy to light. Tomorrow is looking good in the afternoon...Accuweather has it listed as mostly cloudy and a little cooler. Thursday looks great as well, however Friday is listed as 60% chance of rain (weather.com) and Accuweather says mostly cloudy (do weatherman really know?).

I try to get out as much as I can after work as well. I don't think that I will be too close to ya this week though. My parent's place is in Cogan Station and I hunt out their sometimes. Where you at?

You familiar with where Beautys Run Rd is? If you take a left at the bottom of the Hepurnville exit ramp off 15, I'm out that road about 2.5 miles. How have you been making out in the evenings? Any buck sightings yet? It's amazing what a little geographical differrence has on the amount of deer sightings. We have a few members of our hunting club who live in the Muncy area with river bottom farms and they take some monsters every year, while we really don't get anything TOO huge, although we've taken some nice 110ish 10s and 8s (none of which were taken by me).
