Default Sick or Not

I have pictures of a deer with these tennis ball size, blackthings on its face and legs. On of them was opened and is bloody. Can someone post the pictures of them if I send them to you. I would like to know what is wrong with this poor thing.

So will he live?
Will it spread?

I just looked it up again and it said that that the meat is fine, it is only on the skin. I would not be so sure on eating the meat if I killed one though. It also said that it could be spread if the wart is broken and is rubbed up against another deer that also has an open wound. They also said in captivity they are not seeing this that much because it can be removed and once a deer has one removed it looks like the deer builds an imunity to it and it does not return. I just googked it and read during my planning period.

I have about a 100 pics of a deer with one but it mysteriously fell off in late july. the guys that run www.chasingame.com have a few deer w/ these 'warts' and people have replied saying they are harmless.although, i've seen pics of deer that are just covered in them. really gross!

Had the same thing happen with a doe i had pics of and i took them to the game warden and he ssaid that they were warts and that they dont bother the deer. He also said that the meat would be just as any other deer.
