Default Ross Archery Service Department

I got done shooting my 334 the other day and was wiping it down and saw what looked like a deep scratch running through the lower axle hole.

Because of the location I was concerned, I didn't think it was cracked, but I am leaving for 3 weeks of out of state hunting and really didn't want any problems.

I called Ross at 2 PM on Fri and told them what I had and the concerns that were bothering me.

They asked me:

a. How close was their closest dealer = 150 miles
b. What year was my bow = 07
c. What address would you like us to send the new limbs to ?

At 3 PM they called back with a tracking number.

Tuesday morning UPS shows up with my new limbs and a return label to send the old ones back.

I feel this to be beyond excellent customer service.

At no time did they ever:

Ask about warranty registration
Try to get me to send the bow back, so they could look at it
Him Haw that it may be just a scratch
Insinuate that it was my fault
Mention anything about money.

I feel my Ross bow has to be one of the finest that I have ever shot.

I now feel Ross Archery Inc. is one of the finest companies I have ever had dealings with.

I know everybody has their favorite bow company and I just wanted to let you know what I found out about mine.

FYI

Sounds like you had a good experience with them. Glad to hear they took care of you fast before your trip!

We are a Ross dealer, and we simply couldn't be happier with them. We just wish they could produce Cardiac's a little faster..... EXCELLENT folks to deal with. We hope to be selling their stuff for years to come.

I always like to hear about a company with great customer service. It seems like we all(I include myself) like tobash a company that has done us wrong, but we forget to give props to the ones that have done us right.

Based on your experience with their customer service, I will certainly look into their bows when I am ready to upgrade.

[/align]Good to know. I was looking at Ross for my new bow next summer. Tenpoint Crossbows are the same way. Great customer service.
