For those of you that wear rubber boots, is there (or do you think there is) a difference in the scent control effectiveness betwwn rubber boots and neoprene boots? At first look, it would appear that neoprene would not contain scent as well as rubber. I want to get a pair of rubber boots, but saw some neoprene ones that were a bit cheaper and was wondering if they would work as well. Any thoughts?

anyone that has ever worn neoprene waders KNOWS that id does not breath!! lol.
just the foot portion of my waders are neoprene....ive yet to get wet feet...even after 5+hrs in the water.
cant say your scent will get OUT of neoprene...holding scent may be a different story unless it has a slick coated finish(most boots seem to..on the outside atleast...)

i would recommend straight up just getting some elimitrax. ive been picked off just wearing rubber boots and i take care of them scent-wise but have yet to have a deer smell my path while wearing elimitrax. just my opinion but thats what I do and it works
