To get true arrow flight, you dont have to line up the blades with the fletches. I do just because Im paranoid but in reality it makes no difference. If you want them lined up you either need to mix and match you head trying different ones on different arrows until they line up or you can fletch your own and line the fletches up with the blades. Its up to you but either way its not necessary.

Someone said.........? I wouldn't listen to them anymore. The only thing broadheads need to be aligned with is the shafts. The ferrules must not wobble when you spin test the arrows.

I do line them up, so when I put them in the quiver the cock feather is in the up position, doesn't affect flight though..

I line mine up, not for the look, but because my arrows actually fly more accurately. It seems that this isnt a common ordeal but its entirely true to my setup for whatever reason may be. Try it, there should be no difference but if there is youll definately notice it. When mine arent lined up, I hit about an 1 1/2 to 2 inches left and about 1/2 low, when lined up with fletchings I ruin arrows and hit dead on out to 40 yds. 3-3 1/2 in groups at 50yds.
