I used mine maybe twenty times or so last year. It hasn't given me any trouble. I can see that the blade on the saw is thin as is the rope that pulls the pruner. I liked it for cleaning around my stand as I went up the tree, not from the ground. I used my big one for all that in the pre-season.

I agree with fatsbucknut that sportsmans guide is the cheapest place to get one.

I think it's worth it...but everybodies got an opion.
