I don't think you were rude, just tell her you have OCD, obsessive
complusive disorder during deer season. Hey it worked for me.

If it wasn't a pre-planned trip to the hunting woods, then I would say yes. Your timing was slightly off. If you had told here that after the party or at a specific time you and your friend were going to head out and hunt, then there is no reason for her to be p.oed at you. My wife knows that if it is hunting season, I may be gone at any given moment. Or if she gets up and I'm gone, she knows I am out hunting.

If there was nothing going on after the party. What's the problem?
To controlling what's next? I'd watch out. I can't see living without I assume one of your greatest passions. Those of us that hunt were born to hunt!

It was rude.HE threw her a party--it was a planned event(that HE planned--not her)and he should've stayed. If he wanted to go hunting,he should've had the party at night after hunting hours

You could of just told her to tidy up aswell , before you get back .

Seriously tho , you guys were out of line . Ifheorganised it , you should of worked it around the hunting hours or something .

Next time , book a late night meal
