RE: swisher brush hog
I have one and I love it! It has made a lot of trails on my property!
Mine is a year old and going strong.
A few things to watch...do not take these as negatives...it is a great machine!
If yours does not have sealed wheel bearings, call swisher and they will send you some.
The "safety pin" that connects the mower to your 4-wheeler can easily be caught by brush and ripped off. I use a bolt.
The tires are pretty lame. After I replaced mine with 6-ply trailer tires, swisher told me that they used to put solid tires on this unit. Call swisher and see if you can get some solid tires.
The hose to change oil is not long enough...get a longer one.
Watch the blades...they do come loose.
Use wingnuts to mount the controller to your ATV
If anything breaks, call swisher...they have been great when I have called them.
Have a blast using it!
