Default How soon do I put out my portable blind?

Last winter I purchased a portable hunting blind, this bow season will be my first time hunting out of it and I was wondering how early should I set it up?
My first time hunting out of it will be October 6th.

Thanks for the help!

I put mine out at the beginning of September. My season starts October 13. Last year I had a guy put one out, during the season, right neara path where the deer were crossing and coming to my stand. Even though it was a couple hundred yards away, it changed their pattern and I got screwed. The deer moved higher up to cross over and they were out of my range.

The sooner the better. The sooner the deer get used to seeing the blind the sooner they will feel comfortable walking by it. Also by brushing a ground blind in you make it that more acceptable to them.
