Wow, thats a first, my stabilizer exploded!
Well, it wasn't that dramatic
I had the bow out shooting a few minutes ago and I decided to take "one last shot". Well, I draw back, aim, and let her rip just to feel something hit my foot after the shot. My heart sank, I look down and there is my 8" Stealth Stabilizer laying on the ground with what looked like a mixture of oil and sand comming out of it. It appears that the spot where the main tub is attached to the end cover isn't screwed on and it isn't welded, it is just a sleeve that slides on. Thankfully I have a new Simms S-Coil Stabilizer comming to me and hopefully I can get a order in for a new Stealth Stabilizer before season opens.

Interesting buck....
The only flaw I ever had while shooting was a scope...and I was hot that day. I had a Boss Scope on a Tox sight and was in the middle of a tournament. I was 16 up just passed the half on 40 yards. I WAS HOT! Anyway, like target 25 I saw something fall when I shot. It was my lens, the scope broke. I was done for the day....[:'(]
