Default RE: hunting hot weather

Animals don't like the heat any more than you do, so just think of where it'd be most comfortable for you to hang out if you were a deer. That's where they'll be. In the shade, where they can get a breeze and have easy access to water and food. They'll definitely be moving more in the early morning, when it's cooler. When you shoot one, find the animal as quick as you can, field dress it immediately and get the meat on ice or in a meat locker ASAP. The sooner you can get that meat cooled off the better.
