The Wolfskin Germ mentioned from Gray Wolfis not touted as waterproof, but it's darn close. I wore it on my elk hunt in Colorado a few weeks ago, and I stayed dry through mild showers. It's especially effective for walking through the woods still-hunting when the foliage is soaked and you know anything cotton you're wearing would become so as well, but aren't in the mood to throw on a rainsuit.

I haven't ordered the rain gear from Predator's site yet; I'm curious to learn about it though if anyone's tried one yet.

Mark, I just got the Predator pattern tattooed onto my naked skin. When it starts raining, I justtake my wet clothes off andand stay in the stand. It's definitely nice in the rain, b/c the rain usually just beads up and drips off the skin like rubber. Quiet too.

People have said in the past that their Predator camo was warm, but I haven't really noticed anything. I hoped that the pattern (after it was tattoo'ed on)would keep me toasty on those wet, chilly days, but really it'snot much warmer than just my regular pasty whiteskin.

Seriously.

And I thought I was going to be the one accused of doing that, Fran...

Wolfskin is as waterproof as I need, and I hunt everyday regardless of weather!

Reminds me of that guy in the phone commercial with the tiger stripe tattoos, making phone calls. something like you calls won't change, they will just be cheaper.
