ORIGINAL: GMMAT
I may go get one, today......haven't decided.
Hunting from a treestand......where would I put it? There's not much room on the platform. Also....how much trouble is it to light? How can it be totally scent free if it's burning? Can YOU smell it? If it has a smell.....and it's below you.....I assume you, too will now smell like whatever it smells like (assuming it does have a smell to it......which may not be accurate)???
Lil help???

I drove to Gander Mtn.......picked it up and held it......then just couldn't do it. It's just something else to carry in, to me. I might regret it.....but I go through last year just fine.
I'm sure they're great....I just don't want the hassle.

I went through the same thing when I was looking at them GMMAT. I passed on them the first time around. But after being swarmed with mosquitos a few weeks later I went back and bought one. And have been using it ever since. As an alternative I have previously used No-Stinkin Bugs and that worked ok. But the deet smell was still pretty strong.

The little smrell it has rises as it's hot fumes. I wrapped a bare copper grounding wire around mine and wire it to either my stan or sometimes my day pak depending which way most of the fumes are going. You don't want to be breathing it in, after all it is poisionous.
