Always take a leak at the truck befor heading to the stand, and hold it till I get back to the truck if I have to.

It's my understanding that deer cannot differentiate between human urine, and the urine of anything else. Therefore, I pee in the woods when I need to. Usually, however, I don't pee directly underneath the stand.

I usually freshen a scrape on the way in to my stand and if there isn't a scrape then I create a mock scrape. Next time I come past that scrape it is all torn up so I am convinced that it doesn't bother the deer and may in fact get a buck fired up that this is another buck in his woods.

I pee right out of the stand. The deer have never seemed to mind. I don't think it attracts them though.

I always find a creek--and raise the water level a tad!!! No scent left behind--not going to risk spooking the deer.
