ground blind smell

Default ground blind smell

i was just wondering what you all did about the smell on your ground blinds after u bought them.
the fabric has a strong smell and i want to get rid of it.
if you know what im talkin about plz help me out.

If you just bought this ground blind and you haven't used it yet , set it up outsideand let it " air out " for a couple of days.
While it's up ... you might want to spray it down with Sent Killer from WildLife Research , this product works really well in my opinoin make sure you spray the inside as well .
After your blind has been out for a couple of days and it's compettely dry , you might want to consider putting some of those sent waffers or some natural stuff like dirt , pine cones in the carry bag before putting your blind in.

RDHunter hit it right on the head. I do the same and it has worked out well. Helps if it rains out too. I left mine out for 4 days in the yard after i bought it. sprayed it down day 1. rained 2 of those days.
Smell was minimal afterwards
