I dont know if this tip has been thrown out there or not, but starting about now before season on your last rep of shots whether it be 3-4 arrows hold your draw for awhile. Dont just pull back and shoot put yourself in that hunting situation where you can be holding your bow back for 1-2-3mins or so. Itdont sound like much but it will definantely help you in the long run!!

I've been shooting a long, long time and believe it or not, I've never even thought of practicing this. Very good tip!

Do everything the exact same way every time. That way when that big buck comes into range, you don't have to think about the shot, it just happens.

Long range shooting has made my 30yd shots and under seem like chip shots. i never really practiced over 30 til this yr I have a pin out to 60 and as someone said your mistakes are magnified at long range master it and you cant help but be better up close i also shoot every day even if only 20 shots
