This is what my neighbors are doing, not me! Read it right. You are right when it comes to 3 yr. olds still growing. At least they aretryingto limit what they kill. Don't put me in that "selfish" catagory. Read my posts. I said you have the right to shoot anything that makes you happy and is legal. The 2 deer that I killed last year were both 5-1/2 year old deer. So I ain't HYPOCRITICAL!!!!!!!!

Maybe I can get it rolling again with a casual observation...
Ever notice thatsome of the same people who ask "why do youcare how someone else spends their money" are the same ones who get all bent out of shape about how someone else uses their buck tags?

What I've determined is MY mindset is......I'm with you on wanting to know why someone would care or want to ridicule others for what someone spends their money on. It baffles me why people would rather smear the judgement of the purchaser (i.e. FELLOW HUNTER) instead of argue the merits of the product.
As far as what someone else shoots.......I've always said I just want everyone to be informed (not what you're thinking....I'll expound).....and to shoot whatever makes them happy. Now...."informed" only applies to the notion of "culling" deer from your herd. If you target a 1.5 yr old buck.....because that's what you have in your area.....or that's the deer that makes you happy.....then by all means....take photos and I'll congratulate you. Kudos. Just don't take out a 1.5 yr old spike because you think you're doing something good for the herd. Just be honest and say you wanted to kill him.
I wish everyone would voice their opinions on methodologies without making things personal. I wish I'd not done so in the past.
