Default Homemade Scent Killer ? ?

I want to make some homemade scent killer. How is the best way?? Also what kind of powder can I use to check the wind besides buying this stuff. I could save alot of money if I can learn how to make this stuff.

2 cups distilled water

2 cups peroxide(brown bottle stuff)

1/4 cup baking soda

1 oz. scent free soap

I just throw some grass in the air to check the wind.

About 1/4 of a gallon. I would reccomend doubleing the recipe. You can make atleast1/2 a gallon for $3.

Make sure you have the lid loosened for a few days after making it, in order to let the gasses escape. I didn't so that and I believe that to be the reason my bottle sprayer kept plugging up.
