practice shot
#2
I stepped off what I thought was 60yds, but after just getting a rangefinder yesterday and playing around with it it looks like its closer to 70yds. Im going to have to check, but Id say 60-70 is my farthest pin. Would never take a shot at a deer at that range unless wounded, but still fun to shoot a paper plategrouping at that range.

Prior to my elk hunt we'd practice out to 70 yards, today, I shoot out to 60 just to make the closer shots easier. Shooting long ranges will make you a better shooter at close ranges. I'd like to point out it's for practice and not real life hunting situations.
