Farthest bull eyes practice shot?
I have hit only out to like 30 yds, so I can't boast, I don't like to shoot long distances. I hear of guys shooting out to like 100 yds hitting bulls eye. so what's the most you ever heard or done or seen??

At 3-d shoots I've hit the lungs 60 and 70 yards out on occasions. This was done with my recurve and it was fun just launching arrows out there knowing its just a target and not a live critter. Am I consistant, far from it!!

I have a range set up here at my house and I like to practice atfarther distances(it makes the closer shots seem easier). I practice to 60 all the time and do well with it...Like many others thats the farthest pin I have...WhenI was competing heavily we used to shoot 90meters and I was shooting like 10" groups....My buddy was shooting like 5-6" groups...Thats the farthest I have ever shot....

There is one type of target archery labelled a '1200 round', in which you shoot 30 arrows from each of 4 different distances. Top score possible is 1200. The longest distance is 65 m, or about 71 yards. I average a bullseye at that distance on about half my shots; mind you , it's a 122 cm target and the 10 isnearly 5 inches across. Lots of guys do way better than that.
