Default Map Readers ..opinions

Thanks guys for the effort.. I know how to scout and have a pretty good idea whats going on here anyway.

I was just excited about the property and wanted to get a jump-start.

Appreciate the replies.

What is the scale? If you dont know that then where did you obtain it? It's no big deal just trying to get a perspective of how many acres it is. Thetimber on there will be thicker anddarker than everything but water. Ipersonally like the west centraltimber(probablylarge oaks, because of coloring). Also like the northern tipof the property.Your right that is a agricultural field of some type.

I'd say the bottom (south) area that would be a square if one more line is drawn would be 50 acres..so all told maybe 180-200 acres or so..

I'd be glad to post a better map if you had some advice where to get it. This was off Google earth

I would look for the deer to bed in the thicker areas. If you happen to have access to any type of GIS program I came send you a link where you can obtain some high resolutionaerials probably (Not sure about Penn???).
