that sounds reallly painful. I think the three months on the couch would drive me crazy. I would invest in one of those arm excercisers that imitate drawing a bow to stay in shape. Hope the healing process goes well, good luck,, Ughh, if you need somebody to keep your stands warm let me know,

Hey Rob, Sorry to hear about your injury! Not being physically well really put's a lot of stuff in perspective.Fight the urge to get out to quickly because if you have to go through rehab and therapy you want to get strong and do it right so you are not at risk of reinjuring it.
