Thought about ya while I was on my way to Richmond, today. I just happened to look down at my watch and it was 12:33.
If it's any consolation......You can hunt here until mid December.....and you know you can come here after your season's done. Hunt the rut there.....then follow it here.

I'm so sorry to hear about your injury. I was hurt in 1998 and missed the whole hunting season, so i understand your pain! Keep your head up and try to get the physical theapy to heal as fast as possible. you never know, maybe you'll heal fast enough to enjoy more than a couple weeks. We will pray for a speedy recovery!

Wow, that really stinks Rob. Can you get to any ground blinds easily by being dropped off by vehicleto hunt from once you are semi mobil?
MD archery runs through January. MD is only a hop skip and jump away from PA. I have tons of property you can hunt if youre interested.

Dude that sucks.
I had a close call last week too. I was working on building my cabin and was walking a plank onto the deck and it slipped out. I hit my left thigh hard and thought I broke my leg. If I would have hitit any lower I would be in the same boat as you.

Real sorry to hear about your injury, hopefully you'll have a fast and speeding recovery and be able to spend more time than you think out hunting.. I remember when I broke my back, those whitetails have a way of motivating a guy to get out there.. even if you have to get creative... best of luck.. My bet is a PA a buck will fall to your arrow.. np

Just make sure your healed-2 weeks in Nov. should be no problem. My brother & I used to JUST bowhunt those 2 weeks in Nov.on vacationas our jobs allowed almost no other time. We always did just fine. Hell, you fill a tag on a 1 week out of state hunt, right.
