I just joined a few days ago and I think this place is great! I've already learning some new things nad I like putting my input in onother topics. There are a lot of friendly people here also.

Common Passion! It is like waking up and finding that you are living in a world where everyone is as crazy as you are!
There are some exceptional people and hunters that spend time here,and lots of great conversation!

I've learned more from "osmosis" on this site than I ever thoughtI could cram into 2 years.

I'm rather new to the bowhunting world. I love this forum because even the guys that are obviously experts and have thousands of posts treat you with respect even when you ask a simple stupid question. Some of you have probably answered the same question 30 times but almost all of the posts I've seen are informative and aren't out of make someone new to the bow world feel stupid. I've learned more on this post in a couple weeks than I had from my proshop guy over the last year (not to say he isn't helpful). Thanks for all your help because I'm going to have lots of questions as I get into this deeper. I can already tell you that I'm already contemplating whether I will ever hunt with my rifle again. This stuff is addictive.

I can always learn new things. Some of the threads just get me to thinking. I come mainly for information.

Knowledge of the old salts. Opinions of like minded hunters experiencing similiar situations as I am. Plus this is some where good to vent my pre-season energy.
